Mr Siwale has acquired local and international qualifications in the business administration, political science and financial fields. He has over 12 years of corporate finance and investment management experience is a member of the Chartered Managed Institute in the UK.

Our Business Principles

Each portfolio company that the fund enters into investment partnerships with will be required to conduct its operations according to the following criteria as outlined by the fund:

  1. To provide its employees and contractors with safe and healthy working conditions.
  2. To encourage the efficient use of natural resources and employ environmentally friendly materials and strategies; promoting the environmental protection.
  3. To treat all recruits fairly in all aspects and conditions of work by not discriminating against them on any basis.
  4. To allow and promote dialogue within the company, making room for employees to express their views to management.
  5. To address possible occupational health issues impacting on surrounding areas and communities.
  6. To endorse and employ high degrees of business and legal ethics in all its dealings.
  7. To abide by relevant employment practices, such as not employing forced labor of any kind, not employing children under the age of 14 years and paying employees wages that meet or exceed minimum wage laws.
  8. To keep accurate records of all the financial and tax information of or relating to the company.
  9. To ensure that no payments are either made or received by the company to secure preferential treatment at any point during the business dealings by any party involved.
  10. To not engage in prohibited activity of any kind.
